InnovationACT (IACT) is Canberra’s largest entrepreneurship program and is an initiative of The Australian National University (ANU).
The program was founded in 2008 by a group of PhD students from ANU with the aim to teach entrepreneurship to people from different disciplines.
Since its inception, IACT has expanded to include all major tertiary institutions in Canberra, and we support hundreds of entrepreneurs each year.
IACT supports individuals through the early processes of establishing a venture, with the aim to empower them with the skills, tools and networks to kickstart their entrepreneurial pursuits.
Through a ten-week learning journey, consisting of workshops, expert seminars and mentoring from local entrepreneurs, they will form teams and learn to conceive, validate and develop an innovative business idea.
